Cutting off social media

In the previous post, I shared about on this day, a year ago and how things were when all I did was study for the board exams. And if you noticed, my post wasn't really full on pictures of what we really did, where we went, what our faces looked liked on those times. The reason being was that Mikki and I cut off our social media time by a lot.


Every time I look back at Facebook or Instagram, I always try to reminisce those times when we were reviewing… And to find nothing! No picture of books or “currently studying with Mikki” posts. All I could find were the fun stuff I did to de-stress from all the readings and drafting.

Of course it will be, always and forever, your choice on how to manage your time studying, reading and drafting with the amount of time you use on social media or going out with your friends. I just strongly suggest that you put a limit to everything you'll be doing.

From what I remember, the only social media sites me and Mikki would check is… Anything related to the board exam subjects. Haha! It could be some historical article or anything about the latest interior design trends. Yes, you have to be updated! So, you know, like I said put on your limits. 

But I think that cutting off social media did help me in my review. I actually opted to go out of the house, perhaps go jogging in UP or watch football games around Manila.

Anyway, so since I can't find any “studying time” or “currently reading atm” pictures… Here are some views I had from a year ago, on this day until the day of the exam proper.

Last sunday lunch before going to Manila!

After that last picture, eating out with dad, the next picture I had was already in the airport!! Yup!!! The day after the exam I was in the airport, ready to leave and have a vacation!!! YESSSSSSSS. But that'll be for another post.
